I have never tasted coconut rice pudding, I must try it, without a doubt, I must because it looks exquisite.

        Thank you. Happy Sunday to you too. It's rice cooked in coconut milk with a little curry for color. It's cupped for presentation. That makes it look like a pudding but it's just steamed rice. 😃
