Today, I will be presenting a cover of a song titled Awesome God, sung by Brenda Dama. This song can be interpreted in different ways depending on how you want it to serve you. You can sing it as a danceable song, or you can sing it as a prayerful song, it all depends on your preference. I decided to sing it a little slower instead of making it fast paced.
I fell in love with this song because of my church choir. There is a lady who always sings whenever she is to leads during praise and worship. After singing one or two songs, she goes straight to this one. Even during praise sessions, she loves to sing it with such high energy, and her passion makes people connect deeply with the song and makes us demonstrate with some amazing dancing steps.
I chose to sing this song because of how great and loving God has been to me and everything that concerns me. His awesomeness cannot be compared to any human whether on earth or in heaven. For that reason, I will forever give Him praise.
I know that many people feel discouraged because life isn’t treating them well. It may seem like they pray, but their prayers are not being answered as expected. This often makes people question if God is truly awesome or if He is just in His doings. But the truth is that, God remains God in both good and bad times. He is my God on the mountain and in the valley in any kind of situation at all.
