Hello everyone, hope you're all doing good? It's been a while here, I could not come online due to some reasons, and it feels so good to be back. I've missed the vibes, I've missed listening to others singing as well, and the joy I have when I sing is unfathomable, so singing here for a long time seems like something in me is missing. Although I miss everything about Hive, not only the singing aspect, It feels good to show up again after a month plus, a long-term break right? but above all, I give God all the Glory.
Yeah, for today's presentation, I decided to choose a song from Frank Edward, titled: "Amam ni no ya", it's an Igbo Language that means "I know you're there". The song is mixed with English and Igbo and I enjoyed listening to it. Listening to the song reminds me that no matter the situation I'm going through, God will always be there to walk us through the night, he will always be there to make us triumph over any battle we fighting.
Even when the world seems so dark, he will be there to be our lights and he will hold our hands to show us the way. The Lyrics of the song captioned my heart and I saw it as a song that will best fit the moment I passed through, and 8 believe that everything is gonna end with a song of praise.
It has not been easy, but I still thank God for bringing me this far, I see myself scaling through all odds, if not for God who has always been there for me, and what could have because of me, I thank God most especially for the gift of life, it's an inestimable grace for me. God has been there, and he will always be there for me and you. I hope you enjoy my cover of the song " Amam ni no ya"
Amam ni no ya, even when all friends are gone
Amam ni no ya, when the world seems so dark
It is You o Lord who heard my cry And wipe my tears away
{Amam ni no ya }x3
Amam ni no ya, even when I needed You
Amam ni no ya, when my soul longs for You
It is You o Lord who held my hands And walked me through the nights
{Amam ni no ya }x3...Lyrics source
