Hi friends, this is mamab and welcome to Afri-tunes week #101. It's another beautiful time and season to share in the world of African music.
On this edition I will be presenting a beautiful song by Mercy Chinwo titled "Obinasom". The gospel artist is someone who is energetic when it comes to singing and dancing be it a worship or a praise song.

The song is in Igbo language, Igbo is one of the major languages spoken in Eastern Nigeria. The
summary of the meaning of the song is God makes my heart to be glad, I am joyful. There are times that the things happening around are beyond what we can handle as humans but when we look back at our testimonies we rejoice in the Lord.
