Have you read the newest update from @steemitblog? They're giving everyone a 10x boost on RC, but leaving the RC costs of actions the same. My understanding is that these numbers are also not set, but will be changing as the system gets a more accurate picture of what happens on the blockchain (whether that will help or hurt... who knows)
