Hello everyone @afri-tunes community, I'm @fab-tay and I'm glad to welcome us all to this Afri-tunes week 127 which is another time to enjoy music of African origin and I'm honoured to share music with great people here. Afritunes community has been known for bringing African Music/artiste to the frontline/limelight and this is highly commendable and i say weldone to the @Afri-tunes team @ksam @obaro @starstrings01 @ovey10 for this initiative.

La comunidad Afritunes ha sido conocida por llevar la música/artistas africanos a la primera línea/centro de atención y esto es muy encomiable y agradezco al equipo @Afri-tunes @ksam @obaro @starstrings01 @ovey10 por esta iniciativa.
For this afri-tunes week 127, i will be doing the cover of one of my favorite song which is "Worthy of my praise" by Dunsin Oyekan featuring Lawrence Oyor. This is a song of thanksgiving to God acknowledging Him as the only one who is worthy and deserves my praise. It is a song that echoes God's faithfulness as i have enjoyed His goodness and mercy this year in many ways that i can't but just express my gratitude for all He has done.
Para esta semana 127 de afri-tunes, haré la versión de una de mis canciones favoritas, "Digno de mis elogios" de Dunsin Oyekan con Lawrence Oyor. Este es un canto de acción de gracias a Dios reconociéndolo como el único digno y merecedor de mis alabanzas. Es una canción que hace eco de la fidelidad de Dios, ya que he disfrutado de Su bondad y misericordia este año de muchas maneras que no puedo dejar de expresar mi gratitud por todo lo que Él ha hecho.
God is great and greatly to be praised as He deserves our gratitude. We all in one way or the other we have enjoyed His goodness in provision, protection and in many other ways. A grateful heart receives more even as gratitude determines altitude. The fact that we are still living is something we ought to be thankful for as none of us is self sustaining or can keep him/her self alive.
Dios es grande y digno de alabanza porque merece nuestra gratitud. Todos de una manera u otra hemos disfrutado de Su bondad en provisión, protección y de muchas otras maneras. Un corazón agradecido recibe más incluso cuando la gratitud determina la altitud. El hecho de que todavía estemos vivos es algo por lo que deberíamos estar agradecidos, ya que ninguno de nosotros es autosuficiente ni puede mantenerse con vida.
I chose this song for this week 127 so as to encourage someone out there that as we go this weekend, we should abound in thanksgiving and praise to God. As we do this, we enjoy more of Him as more is given to the grateful not the ungrateful. For someone out there passing through a challenge, pray to God and abound in thanksgiving by making a shout of halleluyah, you will definitely overcome. Dunsin Oyekan is a great gospel artiste whose songs are of reputation and widely accepted and sung, he has also done many other collaborations with other gospel artistes in Nigeria. I did this cover using both vocal🗣️ and the piano 🎹 instrumentation. Thank you all for watching.
