Unfortunately, they don't have the explanation post anymore linked in the comments of investinthefutur, but it was in German only anyway.
I have read that are going to make some changes to their system, but simply said, you had to ask to be included on the list and that you are allowed to use the invest_vote command.
I don't upvote comments, so this is a great way for me to reward my commenters 😁

There was no investment needed when I joined last year, but I have delegated a small amount to the accounts the bot uses to vote.
But I would wait until they have made their changes to the system. Maybe they will add an English explanation too 😉
