A big shout out to everyone on this platform, I hope we're all doing good? It's the beginning of a new year and I want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous year ahead. I pray that God grants our hearts desires and make this year a great one for us.

It's been a while since I was here and it's not been an easy one to be away for such long time. Here's another week of participation and my entry for this week is a song cover titled "Twale" by Florocker. The song was one of the tracks in his album titled Sanctioned and it was released In the year 2012.

The chose to sing this song because, earlier this week, while my siblings and I were singing and also trying to remember some old songs to vibe to, this particular one came to my sister's mind and we all got so excited to sing the song because we were all a big fan of the song back then. The song was a complete One ranging from the lyrics, instrumentations, vocals, and so on. In short, it was and is still a vibe on its own.

We remembered how we used it for choreography in our church which I also taught my students when I was still a teacher, Lol. We sang and danced to the song until we got tired. So, I decided to bring the same song here for us all to enjoy it together just as my siblings and I did. Thanks for stopping by my post and also for your comments and constant support 🤗.

LYRICS

If I was an Eagle
I would lift myself, spread my wings and fly
If I was a Lion
I would run into the jungle and give the loudest roar
And if I was the sun, yes I would rise early in the
Morning
And shine my light so bright
If was an angel, I would sound the alarm
I would lift myself, spread my wings and fly

For the whole of creation to bow at your feet
Kabiyesi Olu orun
I have come to you Twale (to give you Twale)
To give you worship (To give you worship)
