Hello Hive Afritunes week #96, my name is @jesus-son and here I bring you an interpretation of a song by Frank Edward, one of the most famous gospel artistes in Nigeria. Infact, we can call him an International gospel musician as he has done some collaborative works with Don Moen and other international singers.
It's my first post in the community for the year 2024 and so I wish to extend my congratulatory message to everyone of us. Happy new year to you all and may the year be sweet to each one of us. Such an amazing love of God for us that we cannot do without Him.
Thus, reflecting on the indispensability of our God, I decided to do a cover of this song titled "if not for you". But this one, no be in reference to babes like @jmis101 or bosses like @chidistickz haha, but in reference to the one indispensable man in the world without whom life would be miserable indeed and unliveable. Infact without whom there will be no life. The lyrics of the song is short and repetitive but carry very powerful implications which inspire and educate for an authentic life.
When I look deeply at the outcome of my life over the period of time immediate to the recent time and if I want to be honest to myself, I can attest to the fact that if not for God, I wouldn't have made it to where I am today. Thus, my life in general is a testimony of the work of God. What beauty!
