Hello Music family, it's another week here and as always I'm excited to share music with you guys. I hope we all are doing okay?. Well for this week I'd be performing a classic by American boyband Backstreet Boys called "As long as you love me". This song was released in the year 1997 and I was really young when this record was released, so I practically grew up listening to the song...I think the first time I heard this record was in the early 2000's and I just couldn't help but fall in love with it, I still love the song till date and yes I had to make a cover.
As long as you love me talks about the mutuality of a good relationship. You've been lonely for so long and then you get a chance to be with someone, you don't care about their past, where they're from as long as they love you and treat you right. I personally believe Love is so strong, so deep it goes beyond borders, no distance nor barrier can stop love if it's genuine. We are all one in the sight of God, no matter your race, colour and belief, we can all co-exist living in peace and harmony. The distance between us shouldn't be an issue. I don't care about your history, I love you for who you are and I'm willing to commit myself to you as long as you love me, well to the best of my knowledge I believe that's what this record is talking about. We are all one no matter the distance between us so let's all live in unity, love all irrespective of race, colour or distance. Hola familia de la música, ya es una semana más aquí y como siempre estoy emocionado de compartir música con ustedes. Espero que todos estemos bien?. Bueno, esta semana estaría interpretando un clásico de la boyband estadounidense Backstreet Boys llamado "As long as you love me". Esta canción fue lanzada en el año 1997 y yo era muy joven cuando se lanzó este disco, así que prácticamente crecí escuchando la canción... Creo que la primera vez que escuché este disco fue a principios de los 2000 y simplemente no pude. No puedo evitar enamorarme de ella, todavía amo la canción hasta la fecha y sí, tuve que hacer una versión.
Mientras me ames habla de la reciprocidad de una buena relación. Has estado solo durante tanto tiempo y luego tienes la oportunidad de estar con alguien, no te importa su pasado, de dónde es, siempre y cuando te ame y te trate bien. Personalmente creo que el Amor es tan fuerte, tan profundo que traspasa fronteras, ninguna distancia ni barrera puede detener el amor si es genuino. Todos somos uno ante los ojos de Dios, no importa tu raza, color y creencia, todos podemos coexistir viviendo en paz y armonía. La distancia entre nosotros no debería ser un problema. No me importa tu historia, te amo por lo que eres y estoy dispuesto a comprometerme contigo siempre y cuando tú me ames, bueno, hasta donde yo sé, creo que de eso habla este disco. Todos somos uno sin importar la distancia entre nosotros, así que vivamos todos en unidad, amemos a todos sin importar raza, color o distancia.
