Some striking similarities can be found with the points @josevas217 makes in his post, and the mental effects of the global COVID-19 pandemic. It is true that we are sometimes prisoners of our own design, and sometimes prisoners by way of habituation. Freedom of movement is the biggest thing my family and I desire at this time, and I'm sure my Venezuelan brother would agree this is an important right.

Just the title of the post caught my attention, as I am a Dad with an 11-year-old daughter turning into a teenager faster than I'd hoped. I like that he mentions investing his time into something valuable, and that is not anything crypto-related my friends, for family is the most valuable investment we can ever hold, especially our children.

We've all taken full advantage of a bottomless buffet at some point in our lives, and this is exactly what ReggaeJAHM's fearless leader did over in Japan. Despite the pandemic, things aren't that bad in Japan, and the government has chosen to stimulate the economy with some initiatives encouraging travel and eating. I honestly didn't know Amy Winehouse ever recorded a reggae song, so I definitely didn't know she released an full-length reggae album. We all know this singer suffered a tragic death at a very young age, but the reggae album shared by @mariluna in this post is very uplifting and full of positive vibes.

Anti Mainstream Healthy Blue Beverage Recipe
I love the title of this one, "anti-mainstream" really caught my attention. Is there a drink that we can enjoy and simultaneously tell Babylon to shove it? This might be the drink, just kiddin' of course. However, it is not that common to see tea or beverages flavored/colored with the butterfly pea flower. I do recall a restaurant in Cambodia that mixed these flowers with black tea, always making sure to put a whole fresh flower in each tea cup as well.
