That is a good question! But the 4 goals mentioned could mean everything & nothing...
Anything specific/ new projects?

        I’m not sure if you were able to see the link to the Vision 2030 document.

        I think this 90 page document was meant to provide a vision of the general direction the stakeholders of the country would like to go in. It’s a document that has existed for a while though. I’m sure there have been numerous projects since then.
