YG Marley...
...is Bob Marleys grandson, son of Rohan Marley & Lauryn Hill.
You can see Rohan walking around in the video to Treasure and Gold lighting
up a spliff, as you can see Lauryn Hill dancing with her son at the end of the
video to Praise Jah in the Moonlight.
I am a fan of the little, big man since he dropped Praise Jah in the Moonlight
in the beginning of 2024 and Survival later that year.
Survival also has a version with Lauryn Hill spitting some double-time.
YG has a unique voice and brings the message like his grandfather, Bob Marley,
who by the way had his 80th birthday (= Earth Strong 🇯🇲) last week on the
6th of February.
I bet Bob would love to see his grandson performing like he does... 😊
In that spirit YG Marley sings in Treasure and Gold that the message
did not change, just the messenger. True!
