Man, jerk chicken from my local Jamaican spot lights me up. It tastes so damn good, but my body isn’t used to it and hates me for the next day afterwards. Looks like you can cook and eat it just fine. Lucky you 😋

        You know when I think about it, when I used to buy jerk chicken off the street in Jamaica, it was a hit and miss with giving me the drips. But when I make it myself it is all good. You should try making it some time when you do a BBQ, the seasoning is not hard to get in the states.
