His face bent down
he never wants to be this man
it was love all over he had
he didn't want to pushed her aside
he cover up the incident
promising her something not true
he knows it was never going to happen
he wants her around happy.
But days were going
she was growing up
into a beautiful lady
where her eyes look just like the mother
whenever he looks at the daughter
her face was written over
he loves her so much
something that reminds him of her
but she wasn't taking it anymore
she feels something was wrong
but was not fully aware
likewise asking herself why
if the father was bold enough of that
her heart began to go into pieces.
She wanted her happiness back
so she asked him that day
she start with those sweet words of father and daughter
how good he is to her
through thick and thin
the father felt something was wrong
and nothing than the truth
he suspend his carpentry work
and he get in the talk
he told her just as it was
he regret not fighting back
then she knows the truth
she did not knows how big burden it was for the father
the father did all he could
but they took her away
honesty he was still loving her.
This poem look into the way our heart endures toughness, if we are hiding something from somebody.
And, it was so with a man and her daughter. The deal is, he has been lying to the daughter, by telling her, another woman was her mother.
The daughter finds out, and demands to hear the truth from the father, he was unable to hide it on that day, the truth revealed, yet, it wasn't his fault that he and her mother were not together.
Her family didn't want her to marry him, so, forcefully, they took her away, leaving the baby with the father.
So, the girl grow up with her Dad, and another woman.
Therefore, on that day she finds out the truth, she was happy, and on the other side, she was sad, because, her mother family make her not to feel the love of her mother and father at one place.
She does travel and meet her, giving the mother, the privilege to carry her, because she didn't do it much, when she was young.
