The site manager make it known to every worker's to give in their minimum service. No one should work more than it strength can carry because as far as a person give in his minimum service he will be paid.
He knows the fact that, nobody is a machine so he will not on any account regards any of his worker's as a machine, rather he will bear with each of them and make them knows that he values their service.
So, as the work was going on, towards afternoon, by 12:00 Pm, a worker scream about his fingers hurting him to stupor because he mistakenly pressed them on the motor engine.
