Is there a minimum amount of earning required or is any amount even .001 on a post enough for it to count?

        There isn't a specified minimum amount of earnings required for your post to count. As long as your post generates a payout and is set to 100% HIVE power-up mode, it should be eligible. Just make sure to follow all the other rules, such as not setting someone else as the beneficiary and not upvoting yourself.
