When I saw the title and the first photo, I thought, "well, this is a lazy breakfast... jam on the bread"... 😃 But, when I put my glasses on and continued reading, I realized that it had nothing to do with a lazy breakfast, but rather a delicious, home-made-tasty meal!!! Yummy!

        Haha @ph1102, bread and jam at times does come to the rescue when time is of the essence ;)
        Crumpets is a super-quick treat, add whipped cream and it could almost pass as dessert😉
