The Theme : Long Night, is a time of Perseverance: a time of long suffering and endurance from a time of Raging war to Peace.
It could be an internal war, a fight of emotions within you, when You encounter situations that are beyond your control or even when you can control it, the weight seems overwhelmingly strong on you.
Some Nights Meaning
The song "Some Nights" by Fun. is a thought-provoking song, the song expresses the theme of existential crisis and the search for purpose. The lyrics touch on feelings of restlessness, uncertainty, and the struggle to find one's place in the world.
In the song Lead vocalist Nate Ruess sings about the tension between seeking excitement and meaning in life, while also craving stability and comfort. Over all I personally relate to the song on Long Nights when I just want to find solace In my own self. This is the reason why I chose this song.
