Hola mi familia y comunidad de Hive Open Mic. Bienvenidos a la semana ciento sesenta y cuatro de Hive Open Mic. El tema de esta semana es "Hopeful", y este tema fue seleccionado por la señora increíble @jmis101.
The theme of "hopeful" or "hope" invites us to journey into a world of expectations; a world where we eagerly await or expect certain things to occur. While we hope, many of us who are Christians, already believe that our prayers have been answered by God, and our expecting will soon become a reality. In fact, this coincides with the Gospel reading of today at Mass (Mark 11:11-26), especially verse 24 which reads:
I tell you, therefore, everything you ask and pray for, believe that you have it already, and it will be yours.
Thus, we see a close connection between hope in things in the future, and faith (believe that God will grant our desires and expectations). I also believe this 100%, and God has always remained faithful.
El tema "esperanzado" o "esperanza" nos invita a adentrarnos en un mundo de expectativas; un mundo en el que aguardamos con impaciencia o esperamos que ocurran ciertas cosas. Mientras esperamos, muchos de nosotros que somos cristianos, ya creemos que nuestras oraciones han sido escuchadas por Dios, y nuestras esperanzas pronto se harán realidad. De hecho, esto coincide con la lectura del Evangelio de hoy en la Misa (Mc 11,11-26), especialmente con el versículo 24 que dice:
Os digo, pues, que todo lo que pidáis y recéis, creed que ya lo tenéis, y será vuestro.
Así, vemos una estrecha conexión entre la esperanza en las cosas del futuro, y la fe (creer que Dios concederá nuestros deseos y expectativas). Yo también lo creo al 100%, y Dios siempre me ha sido fiel.
In the light of this theme of hopeful, I made this video of thanksgiving to God, already thanking Him for doing something that wasn't done already. Yes, hope and faith in God was at play, and I'm grateful to God for actually coming through for me, as always.
I chose the gospel song titled Nara, by the Gospel artists, Tim Godfrey and Travis Greene.
"Nara" is an Igbo word that simply means "Take", but in the context which it was made, the complete sentence is "Nara ekele mo", which means "take/receive my praise/thanksgiving." Thus, like I earlier said, it is a thanksgiving song to God appreciating Him for doing so much for me, and, in fact, I don't know what I can render to God for all He has done in my life. However, my praise and thanksgiving to Him, I won't waiver!

A la luz de este tema de la esperanza, hice este vídeo de acción de gracias a Dios, ya dándole las gracias por hacer algo que no estaba hecho ya. Sí, la esperanza y la fe en Dios estaban en juego, y estoy agradecido a Dios por haberme ayudado, como siempre.
