Hello everyone, it is another new week again and am greatful to God to be among those participating in this week activity.
Am Yoila John Doy and am going to be singing a popular hymn titiled "Amazing Grace".
Considering this week's topic which says "Light Shins on Me", this made me to think about how the grace of God allows his light of redemption, grab me while I was still in darkness. God gave me the ability to either chose the light or reject it, that's why he said I have set before you life and dead but I wish you choose life and Life here means light. His undeserved, unmerited favour shone his light on me. On that note I just want to tell him how sweet he is to me through this song.
Light in its nutural state is made to shine in every darkness. Light has the ability to drive out every form of darkness no matter how thick it might look. Scriptures made us to understand that the light shines in Darkness and the darkness could not comprehend. the light here is Jesus Christ, bu the time he lights every dark part in you, the darkness has no choice than to disappeare.
Am happy posting this coupling with the fact that am new into the community. This year God's light will shine on us all.
Amazing grace! how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch; like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved;
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed!
The Lord hath promised good to me,
His word my hope secures;
He will my shield and portion be
As long as life endures.
When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we first begun.
