Hello friends of the Hive Open mic community, my name is @Jesus-son and I welcome you to my blog on this occasion of the week #230 of the community's weekly music events with the theme Crazy Week. When I saw this theme, I could only think of one song to do, hehe.
The song I present to celebrate this theme for the week is titled Na God i dey praise. It is a song in the Nigerian local pidgin English with a mixture of the Igbo language which is one of the three major languages in Nigeria.
Na God I dey praiee means It is God that I praise. The lyrics of the song emphasize praise of God. It starts by identifying the deeds of the Lord which makes Him worthy of praise.
The chorus says No be say I dey craze na God i dey praise. This means that it is not the case that I am crazy but it is the case that I am giving praise to God. What warrants this statement? It is the fact of the mode of the praise.
The kind of praise that shows one to look like he is crazy. Imagine someone who has been looking for a job for a very long time and suddenly is favored with a very good job with a high pay. The kind of joy that would flow within such a person would make him dance like a mad man. If a Christian, he would begin to sing like he has never before and behave like he is not in his normal sense. This is the mood of this song.
It is a song for those who have experienced the goodness of God and who wish to render praise to Him. This song that I present is very popular in Nigeria especially in these days that a popular comedian named Brain jotter uses it to make a dance challenge.
For that, many persons also use it to create some funny videos and its always very lively and entertainig. So in this crazy week, I present you with this crazy song, hehe but a song of praise to our God whose blessings make one to behave like a crazy person.

Hola amigos de la comunidad Hive Open mic, mi nombre es @Jesus-son y les doy la bienvenida a mi blog en esta ocasión de la semana #230 de los eventos musicales semanales de la comunidad con el tema Crazy Week. Cuando vi este tema solo se me ocurrió una canción para hacer, jeje.
La canción que presento para celebrar este tema de la semana se titula Na God i dey alabanza. Es una canción en el inglés pidgin local de Nigeria con una mezcla del idioma igbo, que es uno de los tres idiomas principales de Nigeria.
Na God I dey Praiee significa Es Dios a quien alabo. La letra de la canción enfatiza la alabanza a Dios. Comienza identificando las obras del Señor que lo hacen digno de alabanza.
El coro dice ** No digas que estoy loco por Dios, alabo a Dios **. Esto significa que no es el caso que estoy loco sino que estoy alabando a Dios. ¿Qué justifica esta afirmación? Es el hecho del modo de la alabanza.
El tipo de elogio que muestra que uno parece estar loco. Imagínese a alguien que ha estado buscando trabajo durante mucho tiempo y de repente se ve favorecido con un muy buen trabajo con un salario alto. El tipo de alegría que fluiría dentro de una persona así lo haría bailar como un loco. Si fuera cristiano, comenzaría a cantar como nunca antes y se comportaría como si no fuera en su sentido normal. Este es el estado de ánimo de esta canción.
Es un canto para aquellos que han experimentado la bondad de Dios y desean rendirle alabanza. Esta canción que les presento es muy popular en Nigeria, especialmente en estos días que un popular comediante llamado Brain jotter la usa para hacer un desafío de baile.
Por eso, muchas personas también lo utilizan para crear algunos vídeos divertidos y siempre es muy animado y entretenido. Así que en esta semana loca les presento esta canción loca, jeje pero un canto de alabanza a nuestro Dios cuyas bendiciones hacen que uno se comporte como un loco.
