Hello Afri-tunes community members, welcome to week #162. I am @mamab on hive. How are you all doing? We are currently in the Holy Week in the Christian circle. We are recounting the sufferings that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ passed through for the salvation package of mankind.
On this edition, I will be presenting the cover of an old chorus. I won't say I know who composed the song originally, though I've heard it in different versions as people include it in their line of praise and worship ministrations. I chose to give it the title "What shall we say unto the Lord?".
The question of what shall say unto the Lord? is a question that has many answers. There are actually many things you can say to the Lord but in this particular song what we are saying is thank you Lord. I am sure if we are to be asked one after the other on what we are saying thank you for, there will be countless reasons 😊, beginning from being alive which should be the number one on the list. The dead cannot actually thank God because they are not alive to fathom anything. So being alive is a big deal my friend.
