Today I bring you a jam that is a mixture of a personal fabricated melody with that of the original of the song which I made here. It is a song in Nigerian local language titled "Ara E Gbe Ega". This is in Yoruba language spoken by the westerners of the Nigerian society.
This song is the yoruba version of the "Gloria" which is used in the Catholic church for Eucharistic celebration on Sundays and days of feasts. It is a song that renders glory to God. This song was composed by the multi talented Nigerian church music composer "Jude Nnam.
Jude is very diverse in that he is able to compose songs in almost all languages. My God!!! I don't know how he manages to do it but he does them so perfectly as if he is an indigene of those languages and its quite very impressive. He has composed different version of the "Gloria" in English, Igbo language, Yoruba and even Hausa language which are the three major languages in Nigeria.
This song Ara e gbe Ega means let us lift Him up. That is, let us lift God up. In other words, let us glorify Him for His greatness. My Jam on this song has an intro and then the melody of the parts of the song itself.
The intro is one that can be used at intervals as the solo of the song before getting into the next verses of the song as it is comprised of three verses. The chords are the Doh, reh, mi, fah, ti and lah chords.
I love melodies of this nature because it makes music lively, hehe. Any time we make this in the church, we use the woodwinds to make this intro while the piano only follows with vamping of the chords and everything blends so well to the enjoyment of everyone.

Hoy les traigo un jam que es una mezcla de una melodía personal fabricada con la original de la canción que hice aquí. Es una canción en el idioma local nigeriano titulada "Ara E Gbe Ega". Esto está en el idioma yoruba hablado por los occidentales de la sociedad nigeriana.
Este canto es la versión yoruba del "Gloria" que se utiliza en la iglesia católica para la celebración eucarística los domingos y días de fiesta. Es un cántico que rinde gloria a Dios. Esta canción fue compuesta por el talentoso compositor de música religiosa nigeriana "Jude Nnam.
Jude es muy diverso porque puede componer canciones en casi todos los idiomas. ¡¡¡Dios mío!!! No sé cómo se las arregla para hacerlo, pero lo hace tan perfectamente como si fuera un indígena de esos idiomas y es bastante impresionante. Ha compuesto diferentes versiones de "Gloria" en inglés, igbo, yoruba e incluso hausa, que son los tres idiomas principales en Nigeria.
Esta canción Ara e gbe Ega significa levantémosle. Es decir, levantemos a Dios. En otras palabras, glorifiquémosle por Su grandeza. My Jam en esta canción tiene una introducción y luego la melodía de las partes de la canción en sí.
La introducción es una que se puede utilizar a intervalos como solo de la canción antes de pasar a los siguientes versos de la canción, ya que se compone de tres versos. Los acordes son los acordes Doh, reh, mi, fah, ti y lah.
Me encantan las melodías de esta naturaleza porque le dan vida a la música, jeje. Cada vez que hacemos esto en la iglesia, usamos los instrumentos de viento para hacer esta introducción mientras que el piano solo sigue con los acordes y todo combina muy bien para el disfrute de todos.
